Our Mission Statement
To promote non-punitive conflict resolution in elementary schools, libraries and other related public spaces. By placing artist peace chairs, we create accessible public art, that serves to develop a culture of peace within organizations, communities and beyond.

Catalina
Director and Artist
Catalina was development co-ordinator for the Santa Ynez Valley Master Chorale, Youth Chorale and Orchestra for 6 years. She is skilled at public relations, fundraising and communications. She is also a professional photographer, artist, vocalist and Winner of the New York Art Director’s Award. |
Laurie Wright
Project Consultant & Teacher
Laurie is a licensed marriage and family counselor and practiced family mediation for 25 years. She is currently a teaching 2nd grade at Solvang Elementary School. She is a skilled practitioner of non-punitive conflict resolution through mediation. |

Erica Holten
Administrative Consultant & Graphic Designer
Erica has extensive professional theater experience in management and development. She is currently General Manager of Hana Peace Works, a film production company, administrator for the Santa Ynez Valley Master Chorale and has a graphic design business of her own. |
